Dear Mr. Donald John Trump,
I’m Andriey ( in ukrainian Андрєй ) Andriey ( in ukrainian Андрєй ) Mykolayovych ( in ukrainian Миколайович ) from the ukrainian city of Kherson, who is experiencing the russian-ukrainian war and global corruption, who for many years has been trying to share my unbelievable discovery of supernatural weather resonance 🌈 ⚡ ❅ 🌀 🌧 ☼ ⛈ ☀ with human.
The natural elements ( such as: sun, wind, clouds, rain, snow, hail, air temperature 🌈 ⚡ ❅ 🌀 🌧 ☼ ⛈ ☀ ) react to my behavior and my thoughts, adapting to my conscious and unconscious interest, without any rituals and prayers on my part.
The natural elements reacting to my presence and my behavior, guided by supernatural and superintelligent beings.
And under the meaning of the phrase supernatural beings ( with the participation, on my personal opinion, of the Holy Spirit or the Lord God ) I consider to be beings which are different from people and that have supernatural opportunities.
The supernatural weather resonance with me began to happen in an obvious way to the human eye in September 1998, during my stay in Germany.
During the continuation of my personal spiritual rebirth I personally learned about the existence of weather resonance with humans while reading the Bible in 1998 and 1999.
The supernatural weather 🌈 ⚡ ❅ 🌀 🌧 ☼ ⛈ ☀ resonance with me in an obvious way for the human eye can happen to me every day since 1998.
During the supernatural and superintelligent weather resonance with me, I have no control over the natural elements.
Note: Weather resonance with me does not happen in a magical and forced way. During the necessary and inevitable bad weather ( including... in the form of any kind of precipitation ), bad weather always occurs in favorable conditions for the place of my stay with the obligatory evidence of another supernatural and superintelligent weather resonance with me. As it happened, for example, on 2025.05.30, when during my daily recreational walk for many hours in the city of my residence, there was a small rain shower with a thunderstorm. The weather forecasters in the city of my residence had not known about this the previous day and in the days before. During the rain shower of 2025.05.30, I stood under a tree near a mulberry tree while the rain washed the streets and trees ( figuratively speaking ). Before the unexpected rain, I didn't even think about the possibility or necessity of washing the trees and streets. Only during or after a certain weather resonance with me can I comment on the appearance of a certain weather resonance with me in my personal opinion. Half an hour later, I came to another mulberry tree ( on which delicious berries had already begun to ripen ), which was almost dry after the rain. Another year in a row, the mulberry tree enriched my body with nutrients, because the corrupt governments of my country continued to abuse me for eighteen years in a row, depriving me of opportunities and means for a decent existence. The next day 2025.05.31, the rain with thunder, along with the russian army, once again resonated with me on a regular basis during my hours-long health walk through the streets of my hometown. After my unhurried walk out of the area where I live, Russian terrorists began shelling my residential area with artillery. Several artillery shells flew just a few dozen meters above my head. A few artillery shells passed behind me, exploding a few hundred meters away from my home. During my leisurely walking exit from the area where I live ((( Ukraine, city Kherson, mikrostraion 'Korabel' ))), a drone with explosives flew above and behind me, dropping them just a few dozen meters behind me... without causing me any harm. After my departure from the area of my residence, during my entrance to the center of the city of Kherson, the russian troops began to maintain silence in the city of my residence. During my next six-hour leisurely walk through the very dangerous streets of my city of residence under martial law, occasionally, very rarely, Russian troops carried out blank artillery salvos. Which, in my opinion, indicated the peaceful mood of the russian occupiers. During my slow six-hour walk, I wanted to experience either a spring rain or a moderate rain twice. Neither happened, and probably the russian military was watching closely. And on the way back, on the road to my neighborhood, a huge thunderstorm front with rain clouds was slowly following me. Which sometimes reminded those around him with a loud rumbling thunder. Russian military, russian occupiers, and russian terrorists of that time... in my opinion, continued to maintain silence on the left bank of the Dnipro and in the city where I live. During my entrance to the house where I reside, a storm front with rain clouds covered the center of the entire city where I live along with the left bank of the Dnipro. Not blocking the sun ☀, which continued to shine very brightly from the western side of the house 🌆 where I reside. But on that day 2025.05.31, the rain did not fall in the city where I live. The russian military, russian occupiers, and russian terrorists continued to maintain silence in the city where I live and on the left bank of the Dnipro until the end of this day. The russian-ukrainian war poses a huge obstacle to the study of weather resonance with me, but thanks to modern technologies ( such as.. satellites 📡 ) humanity can learn more about the existence of supernatural weather resonance with me, even under martial law in Ukraine.
Without scientific recognition the people are skeptical about the existence of a supernatural weather resonance with me.

Note: During the creation of this open letter to You during ~ four weeks, every day I went on a regular health-promoting multi-hour walk ( six hours ⌚ ), through the very dangerous streets of my city ( Kherson ) of residence.. in wartime conditions. During my walk, the storm front with rain ⛈ continued to bypass me ( even though meteorologists predicted rain and thunderstorms ⛈ in my city of residence ). The russian terrorists and russian occupiers continued to treat my life with certain caution and respect. And I don't have a definite answer to the question: 'Why russian terrorists and russian occupiers treat other ukrainian citizens in Ukraine.. as inhumans and idiots ?'. If we do not take into account 'collective paranoid-manic idiocy'. Which was discovered by me during the creation of the first continuation of my author's multimedia electronic article 'Occupation and wartime IINDONLINE'.... during the russian occupation of the city of Kherson. Which, in my personal non-professional opinion and from my personal non-professional perspective, any community can be under the influence.
The name of the city Kherson arose as a result of the occupation by the russian empire of the territory of the city of my residence, which had long been inhabited by ethnic representatives of the ukrainian people. After the collapse of the violent rule of the russian empire, during the existence of the union of soviet socialist republics, the ukrainian republic appeared on the territory of my city of residence. As a result of years of oppression of the ukrainian language, many rus-speaking ukrainian citizens already lived in the city of my residence during the soviet era. After the collapse of the soviet union, several independent states were formed. Among them were the ukrainian and russian states. Over time, due to many years of irresponsible, corrupt ( in my independent personal opinion ) governance of the ukrainian and russian states, due to tense relations between the russian and ukrainian states, a long-term russian-ukrainian conflict began to emerge. In which the representatives of the russian federation unreasonably ( on my personal opinion ) decided to protect rus-speaking ukrainian citizens. As a result, under the pretext of protecting rus-speaking citizens of Ukraine, the city where I live was, in my personal opinion, unlawfully annexed to the russian state. The territorial integrity of any civilized state does not hold any value to me personally, although I respect the territorial integrity of any state. And I find UNACCEPTABLE - any violent unlawful intrusion into the territorial integrity of any state, and into any individual's personal life. And the quality of life of ordinary citizens of a certain civilized state should be more important than the territorial integrity of that same state.

- For me, human behavior is the most valuable and important thing, and a person's origin means nothing to me. The good and bad people ( among them are non-humans and idiots... who, in my personal opinion, need to be voluntarily treated for psychological and psychiatric diseases ), can exist in any country. The definition of good or bad people carries a conditional character for me. In my personal view, any person can be a good person ( •‿• ). My personal preferences relate only to my own personality. However, I really don't like people who wish harm to others.

To any good religion, I treat: like a child's and useful toy.. from which at a certain point a person must ( exclusively, at one's own desire or conviction ) independently 'detach' for the sake of their own development.
And on my opinion, there can be nothing sacred on Earth 🌏.. what I learned from the Bible.

And in the morning of this ( 2025.06.05 ) day, russian troops and russian terrorists hit the administrative building in the center of Kherson with three 💥💥💥 aircraft bombs. A few minutes ⌚ before the explosion ⌚, I closed the window in my bedroom with my own hands while going to the toilet. During the explosion, the window glass in the bedroom where I was staying went off the rails... the very heavy entrance door to my bedroom. If the window in my room had been open, the front door to my bedroom could have fallen to the floor again with a huge crash... as it did some time ago, during the explosion of a rocket-propelled shahed or guided aerial bomb a few hundred meters from the building 🌆 where I live. The building of the Kherson Regional State Administration was located a few kilometers opposite my bedroom window. During my recreational walk of many hours on this ( 2025.06.05 ) day, through the very dangerous streets of the city of my residence in wartime conditions, the russian troops initially remained silent. On my way back from my hours-long walk, after passing the damaged administrative building of the Kherson Regional State Administration in the center of my city of residence, another GAB flew overhead a few dozen meters away, finally destroying the 2025 KRSA building in my city of residence. The second time, I did not notice the consequences of the blast wave. But once again, I saw a huge column of smoke, which was caused by the explosion of a 💥 guided aerial bomb. After the bomb explosion, almost immediately the building of the KRSA was hit by an artillery shell. Then, russian troops and russian terrorists kept silence in the city of my residence for some time during my leisurely walk. After I leave the house 🌆, or even while I'm leaving the house 🌆, the russian occupiers and russian terrorists continued to treat my personal life with incredible caution, Trying to keep the city of my residence quiet during my regular ( at that time, daily ) many-hour recreational walks through the very dangerous streets of Kherson in wartime. During my long ( at that time, six ⌚ hours ) walk that 2025.06.17 day, there was even an air raid alert 📣, after which no sounds of aerial bomb explosions were heard in the city of Kherson. For some time I could not find a reasonable explanation for behavior of the russian occupiers and russian terrorists... which treated my personal life with incredible caution, while simultaneously causing immense pain and suffering to a large number of other people. And for a while, the behavior of the Russian occupiers and Russian terrorists reminded me of a very cruel 'game'. Which was cold-bloodedly watched by a huge number of people, among whom.. in my personal opinion, could have been very influential people.
However, I did not know a lot of things, and I could only guess about some things.
